My Twitter account has been comprimised.... (@Diceylee808)

At ~3:20 am Cairo time my twitter account would no longer post or retweet my comments. I have logged into a second account which worked for a few posts then went off-line again. Then after another hour that account stopped responding....it is almost like a script is blocking access.
